Staff was very accommodating and professional, they were flexible with our travel situation. Loved the proximity to the beach boardwalk and the complementary beach cruisers that they provided!

I had a lovely relaxing stay. My room was bright and airy with a sea view. The pool area was a great place to unwind. The staff were attentive and I enjoyed exploring the local area.

Nice location, was great to be able to walk to the beach. Marguerite in house keeping was wonderful - she got us 4 glasses and chairs for the patio and (only had 2)

People at the reception were nice. Food at the restaurant downstairs was excellent. Too bad rooftop is not opened for breakfast. Rooms were clean and well designed.

Our family of four (2 adults and 2 kids) liked: - the roomy and well decorated lobby - the free drip coffee - the coffee shop and the little shop - the fact that they offered bikes and free fitness classes - the friendliness of the staff

We were greeted with sparkling rose, upgraded to an apartment for free, and they kept the pool open a little later for us since we arrived late due to the global tech outage. It was wonderful! Especially the staff.

Nice hotel, the rooms are quite small but the bed is super comfy. Pool area is great. Wifi is a bit hit and miss. Would stay here again

Decoration of the hotel and rooms is really nice. It was quiet and the pool is heated. Close to the ferry stop and close to the beach.

Most staff were great. One was really stingy about letting us stay by the pool after our hotel stay even though another staff member told us we had another hour we were allowed to stay, and that made us feel uncomfortable. For how expensive the hotel and spa are, I expected the room to be bigger, the spa to be a little more luxurious, and there maybe to be more perks.
